I have worked out & Dieted with sIzE wIse for 9 months which was equivalent to 9 years of eating!The Diet is just Fantabulous!
I got everything to eat,small servings of everything were permitted,minor changes in regular food was all that was required that helped me "DIET"

sIzE wIsE is not like any other gym where you go and spend hours & hours & at the end the results are not very motivating.Exercises are so light & after leaving the gym its never that we are so tired that we do not have the energy to do anything!On the contrary we feel so energetic & the results are marvellous!I had never thought i will reach this weight & now when i can fit into my 16 year old daughters clothes it makes me feel great!I have lost nearly 12 kilos!Thanks a lot Samreedhi & of course thanks to her trainers who took equal pains in pushing me & helped me reach my goal.I dont think anyone must have left from here with no results!

"I’m working out with sIzE wIsE since 6 months, and I like it here beacause I receive personal attention. I like the trainers' approach and methodology of workout. At sIzE wIsE you don’t workout like a machine, as here there is a personal touch to the workout. The environment is light hearted.
A few months back I had a minor neck injury while working out in another gym which I did not even realise till I started getting migraines and sinus attacks. After suffering for about 2 months with no clue about the cause of the injury I finally saw a physiotherapist and learnt that I had been overstraining my muscles. I now realise the importance of correct posture and form during exercise.
I maintain a recall diary for what I eat as it is a rule of the gym. Writing down everything I eat has helped me understand my body better. I can now figure out where those extra calories are coming from and the fact that my sugar cravings were due to stress and overwork. I have also realised that having home cooked meals more often is a prerequisite to achieving my fitness goals.
I used to feel dehydrated and tired all the time. This has changed dramatically since I have started adding 2 fruits to my daily diet. Writing my recall has helped me be more honest with myself and pinpoint my own dietary flaws!”
